According to the Bank’s website, the proposed investment is for up to US$25 million (capped at 20% of total commitments) in Exacta Asia Investment III, LP, a US$350 million (target) private equity (“PE”) fund investing in Southeast Asia. The Fund is sector agnostic and will invest in significant minority positions, and opportunistically, control stakes, in lower middle market companies in SE Asia.
