Project Description

The Technical Assistance (TA) is designed to address the need to enhance the capacity of the government to implement the Sea Tollway concept. Specifically, the TA will: (i) complete port and network analysis of cargo movements along the Sea Tollway corridor; (ii) improve policy framework to support implementation of Sea Tollway; and (iii) develop an implementation plan and an investment project pipeline for the Sea Tollway.
