Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the proposed IFC investment seeks to support Duval Group and its subsidiary, Duval Great Lakes, build and operate a mixed-use property building complex that will consist of a shopping, food & beverage and entertainment area, a service apartment hotel, as well as office, co-working and conference space to be located opposite the Kigali Convention Center in Kigali, Rwanda.
