According to the Bank’s website, the proposed Project consists of a financing package made up of (i) an equity commitment of up to US$ 50 million and (ii) a corporate finance loan of up to US$100 million in favour of Lagos Free Zone Company (LFZC or the Company) which is a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) covering an area of 842hectares in Lagos, Nigeria.

If you submit a complaint to the CAO, they may assist you in resolving a dispute with the company and/or investigate to assess whether the IFC is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
