This project provides technical assistance to the government of Kyrgyzstan to address complaints from people whose residential and other structures have been damaged by the ongoing construction of the Bishkek-Kara-Balta section of CAREC Corridor 3 (Biskek-Osh road).
This Asian Development Bank will support with a study to quantify the potential impacts and costs from the original approach to construction.
