According to the Bank’s website, the proposed project is an investment in Alterra Africa Accelerator Fund L.P., a Mauritian limited partnership, which will invest in equity and equity-linked instruments in companies across Africa. The Fund will invest in companies in telecommunications, technology, financial services, consumer products & services and infrastructure & logistics sectors.
