"The proposed project is an investment of up to $4.5 million in Seedstars International Ventures II (“The Fund or “Seedstars”), a global emerging market focused accelerator and seed stage fund. The Fund will be supported by the Blended Finance Facility (BFF) of the IDA19 IFC-MIGA Private Sector Window (IDA PSW), created by the Word Bank Group to catalyze private sector investment in IDA countries, with a focus on fragile and conflict-affected states."
