The purpose of the project is for the expansion of Bel Ga MM’s existing hatchery facility and sustain the Company’s operations through the COVID-19 market downturn. The proposed financing as detailed below is based on the thesis of (i) committed and financially strong Sponsors; (ii) a well secured loan with Sponsor’s support arrangements; and (iii) IFC to play an important countercyclical financial support to mitigate the COVID-19 impact.

If you submit a complaint to the CAO, they may assist you in resolving a dispute with the company and/or investigate to assess whether the IFC is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
