Project Description

Intelvision Limited (the “Company”) is a Seychelles based integrated telecommunications provider operating through 3 segments: (i) pay-TV (ii) data/internet and (iii) VoIP telephony/voice.

The IFC investment would be used to finance the Company's investment in a submarine cable, the Intelvision Submarine Cable System (the Intelvision cable or ISCS), connecting Seychelles to cable systems on the Eastern coast of Africa.

The total project cost is estimated at US$31.8 Million to be financed with a combination of debt and equity. The proposed IFC investment is a senior loan up to US$10 Million and up to US$10 million of syndicated funds.
