The proposed investment consists of a 5-year senior loan to Banco Rabobank International Brasil S.A. (“Rabobank” or the “Bank”), for up to US$150 million to finance the Bank’s Climate Smart Agribusiness (“CSA”) portfolio, supporting farmers located in the South and Southeast regions (the “Selected Region”) of Brazil (the “Country”) (the “Project”).
