Project Description
This project comprises of a loan to Retail Trading Logistics Holdings to finance its permanent working capital needs and refinance part of its existing bank debt in order to help it sustain its competitiveness and, thus, the be able to provide access to a more diverse selection of high quality, affordable products to the consumers.
Investment Description
This project includes a corporate loan to Retail Trading Logistics Holdings, a corporate designation that refers to the group of companies with retail, distribution and logistics activities in Belarus. It is the leading wholesaler and one of the largest food retailer in Belarus. Retail Trading Logistics Holdings includes supermarket chains operating under the banner “Rubliovskiy” in Belarus, and was established in 1993. It started as a wholesale company and diversified into retail in 2003. Currently, four individual shareholders own Retail Trading Logistics Holdings.
