This project finances an expansion plan for City Mart Holding Company Limited, which operates hypermarkets and supermarkets in Myanmar, through the construction of about 11 supermarkets, shopping centers, and hypermarkets.

City Mart Holding Company Limited is the largest operator of supermarkets, hypermarkets, shopping centers, and convenience stores in Myanmar. It is a family held, Myanmar-registered private company. Its shareholders are Ms. Win Win Tint, the founder and managing director, and her relatives.
