As stated in the project disclosure document, the project consists of DFC financing for the development, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of a portfolio of wind power plants located in the Republic of Türkiye.
As stated by the DFC, the Project is screened as Category A because large-scale wind projects are considered to have significant adverse impacts that could be diverse, irreversible, or unprecedented in the absence of adequate mitigation measures.
As stated by Bloomberg, Enerjisa Enerji Uretim Anonim Sirketi provides utility services. The Company offers generation, distribution, supply, and trading of electricity through hydroelectric, natural gas, and wind power plants. Enerjisa Enerji Uretim serves customers in Turkey.

Unlike many other development finance institutions, DFC does not currently have an access to information policy.
Under the United States Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), DFC is obliged to respond to reasonably formulated requests for Agency records. However, DFC may apply exemptions from release to certain types of information and may charge fees in responding to requests.
