According to DFC website, the project consist of the design, construction, and operation of a 122 MW wind project in the Santa Cruz province of Argentina.
The loan will be paid off in a matter of 15 years after commercial operation date.
Luz de Leon SA is a company created by YPF Luz and Wind Power, which is a subsidiary of Equinor ASA and 100% controlled by YPF Luz. This company was created exclusively for this project. The contract of the creation of this company is attached in "Documents".

ACCESS TO INFORMATION
Unlike many other development finance institutions, DFC does not currently have an access to information policy.
Under the United States Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), DFC is obliged to respond to reasonably formulated requests for Agency records. However, DFC may apply exemptions from release to certain types of information and may charge fees in responding to requests.
