As stated by the IDB Invest, Wimke is a greenfield photovoltaic solar project located in San Juan del Cesar, La Guajira (Colombia), with an installed capacity of approximately 99.5 MWp (76 MWac), including the generation plant as well as its associated transmission line and supporting infrastructure (substations, access roads, and civil works required to deliver energy to the grid).
As stated by Bloomberg, Zelestra Corporacion Sociedad Anonima develops renewable energy and decarbonization solutions. The Company delivers solar, wind, and battery storage projects, and provides engineering, procurement, and construction services, partnering with clients on decarbonization strategies. Zelestra Corp SA serves organizations seeking renewable energy in Germany, India, and the United States.
The company is owned by the Swedish private equity firm EQT AB.
