According to the IDB Invest, the proposed transaction with Agricola Cerro Prieto S.A.C. and Qali Fruits S.A.C. (together, the "Company"), one of Peru's leading agricultural exporters, consists of a secured senior financing facility of up to US$200 million (the "Financing"), with a tenor of up to 10 years, including up to 2 years of grace period. The Financing will be funded in equal parts by IDB Invest, BBVA Peru, and Interbank. In the case of IDB Invest, its participation will be equally split between its own-account resources and managed funds provided by TADAC. The proceeds will finance ACP's 2026 investment plan in Trujillo, Peru, which includes: (i) agricultural investments, including new plantations and the renewal of selected crops; (ii) the refinancing of the outstanding balance of the existing club deal (the "Project"); and (iii) investments and improvements to the packing plant.
The Project will contribute to: (i) increasing Peruvian agricultural exports; (ii) strengthening the productivity, competitiveness, and resilience of the agribusiness sector, particularly in the blueberry segment; and (iii) supporting job creation and retention in rural areas.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to MICI@iadb.org. You can learn more about the MICI and how to file a complaint at http://www.iadb.org/en/mici/mici,1752.html (in English) or http://www.iadb.org/es/mici/mici,1752.html (Spanish).
