Project Description

The Project consists of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract for the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of National Route No. 1 in Paraguay (the "Project"), to be awarded by the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC).

The Project primarily involves the expansion and modernization of approximately 108 km of existing operational road segments (brownfield), including the duplication to four lanes, as well as the construction of bridges, interchanges, and bypasses to divert traffic from urban areas. The PPP contract will have a 30-year term.

For execution and revenue calculation purposes under the contract, the Project is divided into 18 sections or functional units, each with a specific weighting.
