The project consists of a senior secured loan of up to US$150 million to Plaza Logistica S.R.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Argentina.Plaza Logisticais a leading developer and operator of logistics infrastructure in Argentina. The company specializes in the design, construction, and management of Class A logistics parks, strategically located to support efficient supply chains throughout the country, with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery. Its facilities are built to international standards, incorporating sustainable building certifications and cutting-edge technology to optimize operations and reduce environmental impact.
The loan proceeds will be used to acquire land, build new logistics parks, expand and modernize existing storage facilities, and reimburse capital investments related to ongoing warehouse developments in the Greater Buenos Aires region.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
