The project involves a long-term loan, senior and unsecured, of up to US$125 million for a period of four years, with semi-annual repayments. The financing will be structured as follows: the project involves a long-term loan, senior and unsecured, of up to US$125 million for a period of four years, with semi-annual repayments. The financing will be structured as follows: (i) a loan of up to US$75 million to be funded jointly by IDB Invest and IDB Group Funds, containing an uncommitted tranche of up to US$25 million; and (ii) a loan of up to US$50 million, in one single committed tranche, funded by FinDev Canada. The proposed financing will help expand access to financing in Brazil by supporting the expansion of Banco ABC Brasil S.A. medium enterprises portfolio, allocating at least 30% of the proceeds to women-owned or women-led medium enterprises.
