According to the IDB Invest proposes financing of up to US$20 million to IENTC S. de R.L. de C.V. ("IENTC"), a telecommunications operator with over a decade of experience in Mexico, established as one of the country's six main connectivity providers. With its own network of more than 25,000 km of fiber optic cable and presence in 28 states, IENTC offers high-capacity, high-speed solutions for wholesale, corporate, and residential clients, including dedicated connectivity, data transport, dark fiber, FTTH, telephony, and mobile services, among others.
The operation includes a committed and revolving tranche of up to US$12 million, as well as an uncommitted revolving line of up to US$8 million. The funds will be used to acquire equipment and critical components to maintain and expand IENTC's infrastructure, with a focus on improving service continuity, expanding coverage, and accelerating connectivity in underserved and southern regions of the country, where significant access gaps and low levels of connectivity persist.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to MICI@iadb.org. You can learn more about the MICI and how to file a complaint at http://www.iadb.org/en/mici/mici,1752.html (in English) or http://www.iadb.org/es/mici/mici,1752.html (Spanish).
