According to the IDB Invest, this transaction consists of a revolving credit facility in favor of Corpovael, S.A.B. de C.V. ("CADU") and its subsidiaries: Cadu Inmobiliaria, S.A. de C.V.; Cadurma, S.A. de C.V.; Cadu Residencias, S.A. de C.V.; and Inmoccidente, S.A. de C.V. (together with CADU, the "Group"). The facility will include both a committed and an uncommitted tranche to finance working capital needs, including the construction and development of green low- and middle-income housing in Mexico.
CADU is a vertically integrated housing development group focused on affordable housing in Mexico. It primarily serves the Southeast region and currently has developments in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Guadalajara, and Mexico City.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
