IDB Invest is considering a potential equity investment of up to US$10 million in Super Fruits International, a Cayman Islands-incorporated entity and shareholder of Frooty Comercio e Industria de Alimentos S.A. ("Frooty"). The proposed investment is intended to support the expansion of Frooty's operations by financing key capital expenditures and bolstering its working capital.

Founded in Brazil in 1999, Frooty is a market leader in the production of frozen acai and pitaya-based products, with a strong foothold in the domestic market. The company also has a robust distribution network across the U.S., underscoring its substantial international presence. Frooty is deeply committed to sustainability and innovation within the food industry, consistently advancing its product portfolio and expanding its global reach.
