According to the IDB Invest, the financing proposed consists in a senior loan of up to US$20 million over 390 days, a long-term senior loan for up to US$70 million over a maximum term of 10 years earmarked for the Company’s investment program for 2024 and 2025 in order to increase production, implement new technologies and efficiencies in its operations in Chile, Peru and Mexico. In addition there will be a line to finance working capital in the amount of up to US$30 million.
According to the IDB Invest, Prize Holding Chile SpA. and its subsidiaries is a group of companies engaged in producing, processing, packing and selling fruits, specifically, cherries, blueberries, pears, walnuts, plums, nectarines, grapes, kiwis, oranges, tangerines and apples, among others. Organized in Chile, the Company is expanding its operations to Peru and Mexico.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
