Inkaterra (el "Grupo" o "Inkaterra") es un grupo hotelero peruano con mas de 40 anos de trayectoria, que opera siete hoteles en destinos emblematicos del pais como lo son la region de Machu Picchu, Valle Sagrado y Madre de Dios en la Amazonia. Estas propiedades son reconocidas por su combinacion unica de servicios hoteleros y sostenibilidad con el medio ambiente, ofreciendo experiencias inmersivas en algunas de las regiones mas biodiversas de Peru. Las operaciones de Inkaterra estan profundamente arraigadas en la investigacion cientifica y la conservacion de la biodiversidad, con un enfoque holistico que integra la hospitalidad con el desarrollo sostenible.

Inkaterra, a traves de sus filiales Palma Real S.A.C., Estacion Ecologica Turistica Amarumayo S.A.C., y Cabo Inka S.A.C., esta buscando un prestamo senior garantizado de US$12.0 millones para desarrollar nuevas propiedades en la region norte de Peru (Cabo Blanco) y Machu Picchu, aumentar la capacidad de habitaciones en sus hoteles existentes en la Amazonia peruana (Madre de Dios), asi como optimizar su estructura de capital. Adicionalmente, El Grupo esta buscando una linea de credito revolvente no comprometida de hasta US$5.0 millones para financiar necesidades de capital de trabajo, enfocandose principalmente en el pago de proveedores PYMES. Inkaterra tiene como objetivo fortalecer sus practicas de impacto y sostenibilidad, por lo que desea aprovechar la experiencia de BID Invest y sus servicios de asesoria para amplificar sus programas de sostenibilidad a nivel nacional, elevando asi su compromiso social y ambiental
