De acuerdo con el IDB Invest, el Proyecto consiste en dos prestamos para financiar el programa de expansion del Grupo HiTec en Mexico. El primer prestamo (Hitec II) sera otorgado a Haas Machine Tools, S.A. de C.V. ("HiTec" o la "Empresa") para, en parte, refinanciar el saldo insoluto del prestamo existente otorgado por BID Invest a los Co-Prestatarios y el remanente para financiar el crecimiento de la cartera de creditos de HiFin Solutions, S.A. de C.V. para la adquisicion o arrendamiento de equipos y maquinaria de control numerico computarizado de alta precision por parte de los clientes de HiTEC en Mexico (principalmente micro, pequenas y medianas empresas - "MiPyMES"). El segundo prestamo ("Hitec NI") sera otorgado a Inmobiliaria Quasar, S.A. de C.V., afiliada de Grupo HiTec para financiar la construccion de una nave industrial en el estado de Queretaro para las operaciones del Grupo HiTec.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
