Project Description

According to the IDB Invest, the  finance the construction and commissioning of a new high-complexity medical complex in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The Millenium Med complex will include a third-level hospital with 113 beds, 23 for intensive and intermediate care. It will offer over 20 medical specialties, clinical support services, 8 operating rooms, and cutting-edge medical imaging, radiotherapy, and nuclear medicine technology. Additionally, the complex will feature a tower of medical office spaces for rent, with parking facilities. This project addresses the country's shortage of specialized healthcare services.
