Desarrollo, diseno, construccion y operacion de un proyecto de hidrogeno verde para la produccion de una variedad de productos en la cadena de valor del hidrogeno, incluyendo nitrato de amonio calcico verde ("CAN"), que se ubicara cerca de Villeta, Paraguay (el "Proyecto"). La Fase I del Proyecto tendra como objetivo la produccion de hasta 250.000 toneladas de CAN al ano. El Patrocinador podra ampliar el Proyecto en fases futuras.

English version:

Development, design, construction, and operation of a green hydrogen project for the production of various products in the hydrogen value chain, including green calcium ammonium nitrate ("CAN"), which will be located near Villeta, Paraguay (the "Project"). Phase I of the Project will aim to produce up to 250,000 tons of CAN per year. The Sponsor may expand the Project in future phases.
