Project Description

The proposed transaction involves a structured financing initiative directed towards DOSTORRES, S.A. (the "Borrower"), supported by Hospitales Nacionales, S.A. This initiative aims to (i) finance the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Hospital Costa Verde (the "Project"). The hospital complex will be located in the region of Panama Oeste and will be its first third-level private hospital. The project will implement climate resilient infrastructure elements in the design and construction of the hospital as well as attaining an EDGE certification, those measures to be supported by IDB Invest.
