According to the IDB Invest, the transaction consists of financing Vital Capital Environment, LTD (VCE or the "Company") for the rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance of 8 drinking water treatment plants owned by the National Aqueduct and Sewer Institute (IDAAN) located in the East and West of the Province of Chiriqui in Panama, for a contractual period of 48 months. The Project seeks to improve the quality and reduce deficiencies in the supply of drinking water to the communities located in the service areas of each of the water treatment plants, benefiting around 450 thousand people.
According to bloomberg, Vital Capital Investments LP operates as an investment management firm. The Company provides portfolio management and consulting services to its clients.
