La transaccion propuesta consiste en la concesion a Atento de una linea de credito revolvente por un importe de hasta US$50 millones (de los cuales US$43 millones son comprometidos y los US$7 millones restantes son no comprometidos) con un periodo de disponibilidad de 5 anos. Dicho financiamiento tiene como objetivo financiar el capital de trabajo y las inversiones en capital de Atento para posibilitar el crecimiento de su operacion de subcontratacion de procesos de negocio (BPO por sus siglas en ingles) y gestion de relaciones con clientes (CRM por sus siglas en ingles) en 12 paises miembros de BID Invest.

Atento es el mayor proveedor de servicios y soluciones de gestion para las relaciones con clientes y la subcontratacion de procesos de negocio (CRM/BPO) en America Latina y se encuentra entre los cinco principales proveedores a nivel mundial en terminos de ingresos. Atento cuenta con mas de 140.000 empleados. En la actualidad, la compania se encuentra implementando metodos de automatizacion y digitalizacion de procesos que permitiran garantizar una optimizacion en sus procesos y ofrecer servicios denearshoring.
