Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

The proposed transaction consists of a senior loan for up to US$25 million or the equivalent in Peruvian soles, with a tenor of up to 10 years.

The funds will be used to finance part of the Company's investment plan for the 2022-2023 period, which totals approximately US$84 million, including the purchase of lots and development of sustainable social housing projects directed toward medium- and low-income families.
