Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to MIGA website, the project involves the construction of a 1,875 bed Healthcare Campus over an area of 330,091 m2. The Project will include four tower buildings with a main hospital core with a total bed capacity of 1,625 beds; a 100 bed High-Security Forensic Hospital; and a 150 bed Rehabilitation Hospital. In addition, there will be administrative buildings, car parking areas, a helipad and a tri-generation plant (17 MWth capacity). A concrete batching facility with a production capacity of 240 m3 per hour will also be installed onsite for the construction phase.
